HYDROGEN  GAS CUTTING AND WELDING

Convenient safe and affordable

Specification

LIGA's breakthrough technology makes it easy to weld, brase or cut steel and non-ferrous metals wherever the household electric current and distilled water are available. No heavy tanks of flammable gas required.

LIGA's welder uses water electrolysis to generate hydrogen and mix it with oxygen producing a clean flame with temperatures up to 2600 degrees (Celsius). Easy-to-use gas pressure control make the welder adaptable to any welding task.

Any unused hydrogen generated by LIGA's welding unit dissipates safely, so there is no risk of explosion. Built-in safety lights let the user know if gas pressure levels are above the optimal and the unit features and automatic cut-off for double safety.

Best of all, because the welding unit requires no fuel other than distilled water and electricity its cost for operation is less than for other welders. This is combined with LIGA's robust design and construction mean that LIGA's welding equipment offers outstanding value for money.

LIGA welders are particularly suited to the following welding tasks:

·               Installing and repairing of plumbing and HVAC;

·               Repairing automobiles and home appliances;

·               Construction and assembly of jewellery;

·               Heat treatment and molding of glass;

·               Construction of dental and orthodontic appliances;

·               Heat treatment, annealing and tempering metals.
